We are a group of like minded individuals who love to stay active. We do weekly group rides, runs and swims. We also support each other to reach goals and do well at races. We always welcome new individuals to join our team, whether you a just interested in the social aspect or serious training. We have all levels and abilities, from first timers to experienced ironman participants. Be sure to connect with us, we would love to see you at our next event.
